BOARD PURPOSE
The Board of Directors provides
governance, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure the long-term health, integrity, and impact of the Discover Life After School Program.
The Board will:
1. Protect the mission and vision.
2. Ensure responsible stewardship.
3. Provide strategic leadership.
4. Support and evaluate the Executive Director.
5. Build community relationships and resources.
6. Promote the program in the community.

To provide a safe, caring, and enriching after-school environment where elementary students receive academic support, explore their God-given talents, build character, and develop a lifelong foundation for success.
